Australian’s Largest Formation Record 2015

On the 19th May 2015, Aussies arrived at Skydive Perris, Perris Valley CA USA, greeted by Greg Jack and the P3 Team for the start of two extraordinary weeks. The initial plan of two Bigways camps quickly became compromised by poor weather, as a result an improvised training schedule and Record attempts took place. The success of another Australian’s Largest Formation of 119 way has emerged. A journey which was shared with Aussies, Friends of Australian’s, Friends and Family.

On the 30th of may 2015, there where five attempts to make Australian’s Largest Formation, with unfortunately no success. Through out the day there were ups and downs. Another very quiet dinner that night, deja vu the atmosphere in 2010 filled with mixed feelings, thoughts and emotions.

On the 31st of May 2015, another three unsuccessful attempts. The last possible opportunity, the last jump of the event and a new Australia’s Largest Formation of 119 was set.

The aircraft used were three Skyvans and four Twin Super Otters.
