Alan Moss coached a 4 way skills for Bigways camp at Ramblers Toogoolawah on the 29 – 30 July weekend, with 12 jumpers participating. The camp included experienced Bigways jumpers as well as newer members, one a very recent B licence, no star crest jumps and the other an A licence jumper with B rels completed.
The format on Saturday was based on 4 way groups with no-contact flying, a very demanding format that resulted in great improvements for all, identification of areas to work on and not least much enjoyment for our camera jumpers, Dave Brown and Rangry, who did a fantastic job all weekend.
This format is very much worth repeating in preparation for the 2019 Bigways record.
We look forward to welcoming David Loncasty and Tracey Basman (hooray) for our Bigways camp at the end of August.
